Welcome to hynoraretail.com (the “Site”), operated by HYNORA RETAIL LLC (“HYNORA”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.

2. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors, sizes and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown due to screen settings and manufacturing variations. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Stripe and PayPal; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item and send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot verify payment or shipping information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. 6. Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access it by unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The HYNORA RETAIL name, logo and the original content on this Site are owned by HYNORA RETAIL LLC. Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Products are covered only by any warranty provided by their manufacturer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is”, and HYNORA RETAIL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
